Privacy Policy
What this policy covers
This policy describes how Trinocular AI handles information on this website. It does not describe how an individual customer configures the product on their own site; that is governed by the agreement with that customer and by their own policies as the controller of the footage.
Information this site collects
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not track visitors between pages. Fonts and images are served from the same domain rather than a third party, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
When you contact us
If you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry, and we do not sell or share contact details.
Footage and customer data
Where Trinocular AI processes video for a customer, that customer is the controller of the footage and we act on their instructions. Retention, access, regions and whether processing happens at the edge or in the cloud are configured per deployment and set out in the agreement with that customer.
Identity matching
Capabilities that match identity are deployed only where the customer can demonstrate a lawful basis, appropriate notice to people in the space, and internal oversight. We treat those as prerequisites to configuration rather than as matters to be resolved afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within the period your jurisdiction requires.
